This policy explains what Platinum Epoxy collects when you use this website, call, text or email us, and what we do with it. In short: we use your information to answer you and do your job, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, book a visit or chat with us on this site, we keep what you give us: your name, phone number, email, the address of the job and your message.
This site also counts visits with anonymous, cookie-free analytics (pages viewed, the site that sent you, the type of device). That count does not identify you.
How we use it
To answer your request, give you a quote, schedule and do the work, send invoices and receipts, follow up on our work, and keep our business records.
Text messages
We use your mobile number only to text you about your requests, quotes, appointments and invoices. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
We text you only if you ask us to, for example by ticking the text box on our quote or booking form. Ticking it is never required to get a quote or book a visit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop them, or HELP for help.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run our business (for example our website host, our email and text message providers and our payment processor), only so they can do that job for us, or when the law requires it.
None of this sharing includes your mobile number or your consent to receive texts for anyone else's marketing. Those stay with us.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and to keep the business records the law asks us to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Use the contact details below.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
